Subscribing to a Web Service

  1. Open Usage Registration
    In the “Usage Registration” eService click on “Maintain User - Customer”.
  2. Select Web Services
    Use the checkbox(es) to select your desired Webservice(s)
  3. Download Technical Document
    Click on the PDF icon for detailed instructions on how to use the dedicated Web Service.
    You will be asked to type in a password. Contact the Service Management Team, if you do not know the password.
  4. Agree to Terms and Conditions
    Activate the option ‘I agree to the Terms and Conditions’.
  5. Save your choice

  1. Click the Confirm button
    An email will be sent to the Schenker administrator, who will approve your request and follow up with you to assist with the webservice setup and testing.
