Advanced Tracking by DB Schenker Reference

 

1. In the AdvancedTracking eService open the "By DB Schenker Reference" menu item
2. Select the project to which the shipment belongs
3. Enter one or more reference numbers
   You can search for multiple shipments at the same time: separate each reference by a comma (","). The maximum number of references is 10. Depending on your user permissions you can search for STT No., HAWB, Direct AWB, HB/L, Direct B/L, and/or Container Number.
4. Click the Search button
   If you have entered several reference numbers, all shipments will be shown at the bottom of the page. Follow instructions given in: Review Advanced Tracking Search Results
   If you have entered a single reference number, the tracking details of the shipment will be opened directly. Follow instructions given in: Check Advanced Tracking Details.
5. If needed, save your search
   Click on the icon to save your search. Click the Load button to retrieve your search when you want to reuse or edit (rename or delete) your search.
6. If needed, reset your search
   If you want to start a new search, use the icon to empty the search mask.
